Individual and Leadership Coaching
Optium’s coaching programs are designed to help business leaders and professionals achieve their goals and maximize their effectiveness. Each coaching solution is custom designed to the specific needs and objectives of the individual or organisation. Group Level – Building Coaching Cultures
At the group level, Optium offers a leadership coaching program that can be delivered off-the-shelf or as a customised solution. To realize real shifts in culture, we assist organizations to put in place supporting tools, vehicles, structures, and processes that drive the right coaching message and mind-set.
Individual Level – Building Individual and Leadership Effectiveness
At the individual level, Optium recommends that sessions are run no more than every two weeks, and sessions should be an hour each. The vast majority of the value in coaching is delivered in the first 3 or maximum 6 months. Further, we establish three goals and a set of strategies for each goal, before embarking on the coaching journey. This ensures the program is measurable and successful.

Case Study – Outsourced Service Provider
Optium is in partnership with one of Australia’s most reputable outsourced absence management service providers. The Contact Centre was established in 2004 and now operates 24 × 7 and offers services globally to over 10,000 users. A thorough needs analysis of the development requirements of its Team Leaders established that a standard training solution was not the most viable option. It became clear that a Leadership Coaching solution was the best fit culturally and from an operational perspective.
