Development Centres

Optium’s development centres are based on assessment centre methodology used to identify individual and group competency strengths and gaps. The purpose of the assessment is to diagnose development needs that facilitate more effective job performance and/or career advancement which in turn lead to greater organisational success.

Our centres are blended with individual diagnostics, business and leadership simulations, and 1:1 performance development coaching. Optium centres are typically broken down into the following four ‘Types’:

Optium offers a comprehensive suite of simulations, including:

  • Role Plays

Simulations can be generic or they can be fully customised to reflect the client’s unique culture, business processes, competencies, values, and work practices.

Our centres our typically a two day off-site event, however events can run as long as a working week. Where the latter is the case, Optium recommends engaging keynote speakers from inside and outside the organisation to inspire, energise and engage participants so that they become fully immersed in the learning journey.
